We have been using the services of Mitchell’s Grievson for many years. They have provided us with help and assistance in all areas of accountancy, payroll, tax advice and on personal matters. They are always professional, friendly and thorough. Nigel and Claire are always very knowledgeable and able to assist in any problems we have. We highly recommend the company.
I've recommended Mitchells Grievson to quite a few of my friends and customers as I'd be completely lost without them! They look after all of our accountancy and payroll requirements and have done for many years. Nothing is a trouble and Sylwia in particular has been amazing with us recently while we've got to grips with using new accounts software with new websites and epos systems - I'm pretty sure we owe her a bottle of wine or three for some of the headaches we must have caused! I've heard from a couple of people about how inaccessible their own, other, accountants feel and that they struggle to get answers or feel like they're inaccessible. I can safely say that I have never felt like this about Phil or any of the team at Mitchells Grievson. Everyone I have encountered has been approachable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and someone is always available to help. I wouldn't use anyone else for our business and would strongly recommend anyone in need of accountancy services, or who are looking to change accountants, to get in touch with them.
Claire has been the accountant for our small business for a number of years. We have never had any problems and has always been really efficient at dealing with any issues that arise as well as the regular tax returns and posting of accounts. Would highly recommend.
We have been working with Daneila for the past couple of years and she is always really pleasant and helpful. I find that she is really approachable which makes it easy to ask questions if I need something explaining. She also takes the time to explain things.
