Dawn at Mitchell Škoda was absolutely amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better service! Incredibly welcoming and warm, she made buying my first car a wonderful, memorable experience. The whole process was smooth, from seeing and test driving the car to making sure I understood how everything worked with the purchase. And the car itself is a great drive, super fuel efficient, and I'm still loving it 8 months later this review is so late! Then, the icing on an already brilliant cake was the pick-up service. The attention to detail was perfection! I got a bouquet of beautiful flowers, the car was wrapped up in a ribbon picked out in a colour to match my hair, because she remembered me saying I loved the colour! and they have big open doors you can drive out of to really make it feel like an experience. I'd recommend Mitchell Škoda to anyone with absolute confidence, and if you go, you should definitely ask for Dawn. You definitely won't regret it!
Outstanding customer service. It felt like the whole team were there to help and this is a rare thing. No wonder people return time and again. I would recommend using Mitchells to anyone looking to change their car, you won't be disappointed. It must be a great place to work too and that will be down to the example set from the top.
We've used Mitchell's a few times now and recommended then to friends. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I cannot fault their customer service and they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. Any questions are answered fully and everything is fully explained.
I bought my 3rd car from Mitchell Skoda this week. I’m happy to report that despite the 15year gap between purchases the service is as impeccable as ever. The staff are so lovely and treat the customers with such courtesy and respect. I was delighted to discover that they still give a bunch of flowers with the car on delivery and the free Saturday car wash is also still a feature. Thanks to Chris for the free number plates!

I have never been to a more helpful garage. I was fitted in on a Saturday morning to diagnose a warning light. They found the problem have ordered the part and will deliver the car back to me. James was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and Beca kept my coffee cup topped up in the customer lounge. I live out of the area but would not hesitate to recommend this garage.
Absolutely brilliant service! My husband bought a BMW from here recently and Chris Walker could not be faulted. Just bought a nearly new car from here. There was no hard sell , extremely polite and helpful sales team. Took the time to go through new control's and how to set things up on the control. Chris Walker is a credit to the company and I loved my flowers.
Arrived at 10.20 for MOT, booked in quickly, went upstairs to wait, got a coffee which is pretty good and sat down. Last time in for a service was asked if I wanted a bacon sandwich, was hopeful but no one asked. Then saw 2 people walk over at 10.50 with a sarnie and a member of staff carried their coffee . So went over and said how do I order one and response was, oh they've finished doing now, those people pre ordered as came a long way. Very disappointing Maybe treat all customers the same and ask people consistently is the name of the game as its funny how small things can get you brownie points or actually lose them !
Recently purchased a second hand vehicle for the first time from this dealership.The whole process was simple and straightforward. Harry was helpful and friendly with no hard sell and sorted everything quickly and efficiently. Other staff welcoming ,friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
