I am senior partner at a GP surgery in Newcastle upon Tyne. I am responsible for purchase for our surgery. I am using Mistry Medical Supplies since 2007. I feel pleasure to leave a review about this organisation. A great supplier of medical products. Very efficient customer service. Owners are always ready to speak to customers directly. They supply almost any medical profession related product at competitive price. The delivery mechanism is marvelous. The purchase is invariably delivered within one day. Prices are always competitive and no worries about delivery charges. Delivery is always free of charge. Highly recommended organisation to do a business with.
I was recommended Mistry Medical Supplies Ltd from another dental colleague and I can say that Rajesh and his team are very efficient and really personable. Rajesh was able to answer all my questions both via email and over the telephone, and I received my product within a week of ordering. Highly recommend and will definitely be using this Company again.
Bought a brand new battery for an Ophthalmoscope which lasted about 6 months before it stopped charging. I hardly used it due to lock down. I have emailed the company but there has been no reply so far even after months. Really dissappointed with this dubious company. Avoid this company!
Absolute disgrace. I ordered something 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. I had to ring twice to be told that even though it says in stock on the website because it’s a spare part it’s not easy to get hold of. I explained that if it isn’t in stock then the website shouldn’t display it, the MD’s response he is used to dealing with surgeons and they know this....how rude!!. He also told me he hasn’t got time to let people know their supplies are in stock as he is too busy!! Possibly one of the rudest ignorant person I have ever dealt with!! Avoid!!
