We only have positive things to say about our dining experience. I brought my partner to Mister S for his birthday, it was our first time eating here and we are planning to go back soon. The food was truly beautiful, cooked so well and very flavoursome. Safe to say, it is the best dining experience that we had in Dublin in a long time. Our waiter was very attentive and took a polaroid of us, signed by the team. That was a pleasant surprise and truly appreciated. Thank you for the great food, service and hospitality.
My favorite restaurant so far in Dublin. The place doesn’t try too hard, and the food is delicious. I took my partner there and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The meat was cooked to perfection, the wine was reasonably priced, and the side dishes were excellent! I also really enjoyed the open grill and the owner’s warm welcome. A must in Dublin!
Came here while on holiday and everything was absolutely incredible. The spring roll was the best I've ever had, the beef was cooked to perfection and the pudding was so tasty I completely forgot to take a photo - everyone else felt the same! Genuinely sad I can't bring friends here to share the deliciousness.
The chef here is a grill and a sauce magician: It is a grill place, and one might expect to get a delicious grilled meat/fish, but that's not all here - guys there perfected sides and sauces too. It matches and empowers meat taste that will make your palette to experience unforgettable tastes. Must visit for gourmands.
Good experience overall!! We had the short ribs 7/10 cooked perfectly Scallops 7/10 Aubergine 5/10 Fried potatoes 11/10 perfectly crisp A perfect spot for high quality GRILLED meat offered at reasonable price. But the food was less flavorful than I prefer personally!!
Nice sized venue located near a tourist hotspot, so a lot of things to do nearby. Staff were very friendly and the place seemed pretty busy. We ordered appetizers to share between us and a main each group of 3. The food was solid. Nothing really disappointed me and the main short rib was quite yummy. I think in hindsight we would have just ordered separate appetizers if we knew about the portion sizes or were told about in advance we did say we were ordering for the table so figured they'd let us know if we might need more. All in all they had some good options for both the drinks and food.
Had a great meal at Mister S, the short ribs and pork chops were really great as well as the potatoes. The cabbage was a bit of a miss as well as the dessert. Service was very friendly. Will definitely come back
This place is Fantastic! My wife and I snuck in here at the tail end of our trip. We were lucky to snatch the two seats at the window in an otherwise fully packed house. We had the burnt end spring rolls, fried potatoes, radicchio/courgette/smoked tomato salad, cote de boeuf, caramel chocolate tart, and grilled pineapple/rum/coconut sorbet. This was one of the best, if not the best meals we had in our entire trip to Ireland and Scotland. The food was incredible, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was great! Do yourself a favor and make the trip.
First time here and not disappointing! Short and snappy menu bit I like that . lovely Smell of BBQ and spices as you walk in so nice . Very friendly staff - we got bottle of Prosecco and both got the chicken “ Cajun” Chicken dish with. Roasted potatoes- wow delicious- the flavours where amazing -absolutely the best flavoured chicken I has tasted . And potatoes - delicious- can’t wait to try more next time - I would say price wise a little on the High side for what you get compared to other fine restaurants but quality very good - well recommended
The rendeng spring rolls were especially good and the grilled prawns were a hit too. The short rib was cooked perfectly and the roast potatoes were unreal and tasted with chipper chips. I got the chicken but felt the portion was smaller than expected. There were some great cocktail options too I wasn't a fan of the dessert, but that was a personal preference on the texture of the bread pudding.
