These guys combine a hand and machine wash to try and give a thorough clean, but the result wasn't great. Granted, I want to them with a car which hadn't been washed for about a month and the birds had decided to use it as target practice recently - they did try to remove as much of the bird poop as possible but still missed parts, also used what looked like stiff-bristled brushes that shed bristles all over the car - every now and then I still find one or 2 down the window seals or in the bonnet jamb. Once finished, I parked up next to their office and removed the rest of the bird poop by hand, with a tissue. They were happy to sit and watch, but not to help or provide follow-up. I don't think I'll go back again as they didn't seem that fussed about providing a good service and used what I thought were overly stiff brushes which could scratch paint and leave bristles behind.
