I love this m&s it has a great selection of products at a good price I thought It was gonna be expensive but it's not that badly priced

Clean fresh high quality foods etc at reasonable prices, great choice, selection perfect, offers fantastic, a good day out also.

Well it's a nice place to shop well layed out easy to see stuff one thing about almost everything is so expensive I would not recommend that you shop here staff is very helpful

Shopped here yesterday. I  had other customers bumping into me ,pushing  my trolley into me, as if they couldn't even see me.Then a staff member almost  knocked me down  ,not once but twice.But the worse experience  was at the till, where the lady, blond haired probably recently employed  here, began putting  my bananas through  the till separately,and when I suggested  she bunch them together,  she went  mad and continually  shouted at me until I left .I spent £78.71,but will  never  be back.

As I am disabled I was not able to get a purchase from bottom shelf. But M&S being who they are a lady member of staff helped me get it. Then outside I  nearly did have a fall and a guy who was putting the trolleys back again, an M&S member of staff tried to help me . But also did a lady member of the public.  Which really made me feel a lot better  thank you xx.

I just Love Marks And Sparks! I love their food and would shop in at least three to four tomes a week too, like the previous customer said, Lynne. I Sam delighted Marks and Spencer’s opened a food hall! Now all we need is their clothes department to come here too!  Love M&S

Love M&S food Hall, so glad we have it now in Craigavon. The ready meals in count on us are really good and the bakery is superb! I would be in this store at least 4 times a week. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very poor service today. The shelves were empty at 14:30...ridiculous. Wish I had gone to M&S at Sprucefield or gone to Sainsburys. The Manager needs to revisit customer care training...very poor treatment experienced today.

Brilliant. Not too busy. Shelves stocked with great dates on products. Love lighter calories in wide range of products. Fresh produce lovely.
