By far one of the rudest taxi firms I've come across. Pre booked a taxi for my child to be taken to an appointment, they turned up over 35 minutes late with a passenger already in the taxi, when I said I wasn't happy for my child to be in a taxi with a passenger already in it they told me simply if I don't like how they work not to bother using them. So rude how they spoke to me. First and last time I will be using them
Disgusting....really reliable service all weekend then ruined by the rude person who dumped me know the side of the road after he found out I'm not from this area and bumped the price up from what was agreed on the phone. Avoid whatsoever
Called for a taxi, came nice and quick. Great customer service would recommend! *EDIT 'These past few times I've ordered a taxi they've been dishonest about the waiting time to which I am appalled and I feel like I've been in the back. I've been a loyal customer but for these past experiences I'm sad to leave the establishment. Just yesterday I had ordered a whip to come down and took 50 MINS!!! The operator stated that it'll be 10-15 mm ins, that time past, I rang back he said 5-10 mins then he was like another 20 mins like that's absolutely shambolic for the service they use to have provided it's a step down for these lot and I shall be on my way to move to another taxi rank. I don't recommend anymore.'
Avoid like the plague asked for a taxi home from Asda to Mirfield laughing down the phone. At me saying shortage of fuel rang A1 taxi was there in 5 minutes would definitely use again
Waited 55 minutes for taxi, when it did finally arrive the driver stood outside my house smoking a cigarette.. whilst I’m running 20 minutes late for work! Will not use again!
Told us to go use a clecheaton firm as we were only going from the The Sun at Norristhorpe to Liversedge, yet, 2 hours earlier they had picked us up from Robertown to Norristhorpe, a shorter distance?
I always use Mirfield taxis because I find the driver's to be very safe and good to chat with and I trust them to help me with lifting and carrying.
