Could not have asked for more, when I first arrived David and Pauline greeted me with sympathy, reassured me my little rabbit would be well looked after. Kept me informed all the way. Thank you both for a lovely welcome, quick service and knowing my Rosie was cremated with dignity. Very understanding people after breaking down.

I can't recommend this service more highly. The couple who run the Pet Crematorium, David and Pauline, are such kind people it's difficult to put into words how caring and thoughtful they both are. They took the greatest of care with our Charlie Boy explaining the process, what are options were and how they would proceed, all done with a deep sense of empathy and sympathy given the fact both my wife and I were extremely upset at the passing of "Our Boy". 
When I went to pick up Charlie, David and Pauline were very kind to me as I began to get upset on seeing our boy again. But over a cup of tea (is there nothing a cup of tea can't help with?) and a chat about our dogs I began to remember the good times we had with Charlie and it made it all bearable.
So, if you want a great service with the care you need at a difficult time then you have to look no further.

We took our greyhound Rupert here after reading about David and Pauline in the Examiner a year or so ago. 
What a first class service they provide, right from the first point of contact on the phone, they speak to you with the perfect level of dignity and sympathy. Thank you both so much for your attention to detail and kind hearted service.

We were treated with care and compassion when we had our faithful dog Max cremated. David and Pauline understood and were sympathetic. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had to use the services of David and Pauline. They welcomed and greeted us with love and sympathy after being let down and disgusted by another Crematorium. They sent off our adored Rosie with dignity and love. I could not have asked for anything more. In a beautiful, calm environment we know she got the send off she deserved. Both were incredible to us and allowed us to go at our own pace. Instead of having to wait 2 weeks for our other pets as we previously had, we managed to bring Rosie home with us on the same day which was just perfect. Could not recommend them enough.
