The best Surgery Receptionist I have ever spoken to. Justine is so kind , sensible and obliging. Her first thoughts are with the patient and she has helped to sort out a difficult situation with a lady I support in Domiciliary Care. No days off please need you at the surgery !!!!
Shared this experience with these doctors 3 years ago for 2 years and they were very helpful! Respectful and amazing! No problem! Listened and did their job right! It was sad I had to leave due to being out of range and areas! Brill sergery!
Terrible service awful receptionists and as for staff training every Tuesday its got to be a joke when they can't even answer basic enquires. They treat elderly people like rubbish.
