Just a reliable, clean and helpful place to do laundry. I only came here for their washer and dryer, self-serve. The owner was very helpful, the machines look new and work great, great location, fast and friendly. This is in sharp contrast to another place two miles away where it was the complete opposite of all of those items I just listed. I highly recommend this place and I did recommend it to friends of mine while they were in London.
Super convenient and easy self service laundry. The person working the front desk is kind and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend this place if you need your laundry done while staying in Kensington area.
A great self-serve coin operated laundrette. Extremely helpful and accomodating staff who helped me change some bills for coins to use and also provided laundry detergent for a small fee. Quick and effective washer and dryer - all laundry cleaned and dried within about an hour. Highly recommended!

Run by a wonderful human being Mumin, the place is very user friendly. They help you with coins and are very patient answering queries. They offer self service and same day wash and dry too. This laundromat made life very easy for us especially since had 2 small children.
I am here just now and am very appreciative of how helpful the manager is! My clothes weren't quite dry and he offered me another machine that had 30 minutes time left. We're traveling and using the laundromat- perfect for what we needed
What a disappointment! I brought back a shirt to the shop, still in cellophane, that was clearly smeared during their "cleaning". I find out only after several days they pack them 2 by 2, and I didn't see it immediately. The guy at the counter one I didn't see before said that it was their policy to re-clean it only within 24 hours. I was bringing them a bulk of shirts, as usual, and pointed out that I was their customer since 2019! He didn't care at all. I said that they were losing a customer and he answered that there were other shops in the same road. Well done, really, good attitude, truly customer oriented! ************ I followed the suggestion and found another shop
