Every time I have gone to this shop I am treated with distain...as a professional, Marlow resident I expect better - now order solely online...!!!  Whole anbience has changed for the better - I am so glad to report  now Jul '23

Online it says 9:30, but on their door 10 o'clock. They came up with the excuse of Covid hours that I should have called the store. Really? How do I call the store 8 o'clock in the morning. Just change the hours online, so easy. What a waste of time, people have to work. I was going there to change a jumper anyway when I realized the jumper didn't have any wool or cashmere, so it means it was overpriced.
