Great service. I arrived at Heathrow from Warsaw, the driver was there even though I arrived early. Very professional. I felt safe at all times with the driver. Very reasonably priced. Will recommend to all my friends & family.-

We will not be using this one man taxi firm again. We used Lee to take us to Taunton bus station and asked if he could pick us up on our return the following week, he told us that if he was not available he would make sure someone elso would collect us. On our return to Dover I sent him a text to say that we would be approx an hour late. His reply was that he had another job on and gave us a number of another taxi firm. As we were on the coach which wasn't going to stop till we got to Gordano services there was no way we could hear a telephone conversation. I asked Lee if he could arrange for someone to pick us up and he replied with another telephone number. We told him we were not happy and would not be giving him a good review, his reply "You go for it" then followed it up with "please do not text me or call me ever again" Not the sort of response we would expect to receive from a professional company. No chance of us ever using him again. Next time we will use a proper company. We weren't going to give any stars but can't post this review without clicking on one.
