Awful experience. Sent me a faulty item that had clearly been worn and stunk of smoke. took days to respond and promised me to refund the postage. Once returned did not refund postage and don’t reply to emails. Awful service and company will never be buying again.

Avoid this company at all costs! I have sent back a item for a refund and have received confirmation that they have received it but yet after 5 emails and private messages on instagram a week after it’s arrived with them,  I still have had no response about my refund! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as this doesn’t look like the first time! The contact number for them also doesn’t work so you can’t speak to anyone!

No sign of my order and a bounce back message from their customer services email address. Over £100 down. Have I been scammed?!  Would not recommend!

Please do not buy from this company bought jacket to fit size 8 to 18 I am size 14/16 i could fit another person in it tried to return. I cannot get onto the return site it says doesn’t exist no response from customer services!!! So looks like it will be £45 out of pocket. It’s ok so called famous people heading up the company but they should make its run properly….

So I was really nervous about my parcel arriving after seeing some of these reviews , pleased to say the two dresses I ordered fitted and looked lovely, just like the pictures, definitely some Zara dupes! As I’m keeping the dresses I haven’t dealt with the customer service head on, hopefully it is a positive experience if I ever need to in the future. All I would say is that would be nice to get free p&p when my order was £79.99

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered 3 piece suit which just sadly the trousers were far too long, returned day after receiving.  I have not received acknowledgement of the receipt of return, I have emailed twice now first time with the details from Royal mail of date and time signed for their end.  I have chased my refund and still nothing, I am angry and appalled with this service and will never use again nor recommend

Ordered 3 of the my nelly sets absolutely loved them but one had a hole in so messaged and was told I needed to send back I messaged back to say how much would this cost and got no reply. I messaged again to say could I just buy a pair of the trousers from the set as I didn’t have time to send back, had no reply to that so messaged again to ask if they had received my message had no reply again and all 3 messages were read. So rude and unprofessional won’t be ordering again

Have received an item with bright pink ink on it sent 3 emails with photos and no one will reply!!! Extremely frustrating customer service

Terrible customer service.  I bought some items from this company and had to pay for delivery and then when the products arrived the material was nothing like what it looks like on Instagram. If you decide to return items you have to pay again so in total I paid £10 delivery.  I emailed nearly a month ago with regards to my return and still haven’t had a response. I haven’t received my refund either.  Poor customer service. I will not be buying from this boutique again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.  I should have looked at the reviews and didn’t. I ordered a dress and paid for delivery. It didn’t suit me so paid £7.95 for signed special delivery. I tracked it and it says it’s been delivered. I still have no refund. I’ve emailed 2 times and messaged twice on Instagram. I have not had a response. I have also commented on a post asking when I would get my refund and it’s been deleted.  I think their customer service is terrible I’m really disappointed as I’ve loved following them from the get go.  I won’t be buying from them again!
