Definitely one of the best fish and chips myself and my husband have had in a very long time - if ever! Definitely cooked fresh from order and both the batter and chips were really crispy and tasty. Staff were also friendly and the shop is only a quick walk across the road so you can eat on the beach before everything starts to get soggy! Would definitely recommend!
Great food as always, but I'll never go back. The way a trainee was spoken to was appalling. I'm assuming it was the owner who swore and berated him for wasting 2 chips, putting salt and vinegar on as there was a mistake over whose order it was. As I was waiting for chips the same size, I offered to take one, but he insisted on throwing both out. Well, he also threw out every future order I would have made with that!
Lovely fish and chips, but for £22, 2 large cod and chips, wasn't large at all. I guess we have been spoilt with large cod in the past that was as long as the box but this was really very tasty

From ordering to being given my food in the shop took 40 minutes to get 3 small cod and chips. While I was waiting in the shop the older man presumably the owner was incredibly rude to the young members of staff. Other than the wait time and how I saw the staff being treated I couldn’t fault the food. Due to what I witnessed in the shop I would not visit again.
One of the best Fish and Chips i have had in a long time. Right on the beach front too so not far to walk for a perfect bite to eat. Big selection to choose from even catered for my vegan Mrs. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Fish and chips were very good. Only reason it does not get five stars is because the time I went it was around a thirty minute wait. This I wouldn't have minded but we were not told when we ordered. They only started telling people later on. This was peak time on a Saturday and the staff were working extremely hard so I had no issue with a wait but I could see why others might get a bit grumpy. Food is very good and staff friendly so still recommended.

Really yummy chips, nice crunchy but still potatoie inside! Had the cod bites, juicy on the inside served with on a long cocktail stick so easy to eat, even my partner who's not a fan of fish enjoyed it too. Perfect to just go across the street to eat on the seafront
