Great rates & Friendly service!
We used Minibus Direct Travel to pick us up from the airport as well as to drop us back off. My wife decided to do a bit of research and discovered that they offered the best rates in the area, so we decided to give them a try. We're both very pleased with their service as the bus was very clean, punctual and the driver was very courteous. I have been using Norman & his drivers for the last 9 years on a regular basis for nights out and airport runs. They are extremely professional & reliable. Very often I book last minute for a 16 seater minibus & a 7 seater & they are always able to accommodate. I can always remember being delayed on our way back from Prague due to snow in Manchester. I wasn't able to contact Norman to update him on the delay, as the flight company was not giving us any information. Unbeknown to me he had arrived at the airport & waited 5 hours for us to arrive as he wasn't aware of the delay. I can't thank minibus direct enough for their friendly, reliable, efficient service & look forward to many more trips in the future.
