If I could give this shop zero stars I would!! Went in to top up my leap card today and without asking or informing me pre purchase the owner charged me a 50c processing fee for using a card to pay. When I asked him why, he simply said the bank charges him. Which is fair enough. When I said that perhaps he should really put up a sign so people knew, he simply pointed to a tiny sign overhead the counter written in neon yellow highlighter, barely readable and said it's like that for 5 years. When I pointed out that it should be clearer at least so people could make an informed decision nevermind we are in a pandemic and encouraged to pay by card, he simply dismissed me and stopped making eye contact. Considering that he had left me waiting to finish chatting to someone, an extra thirty seconds to acknowledge the comment. This is legitimately a shop I will never enter into or purchase from again. Charge extra all you want, but allow me the opportunity to make an informed choice. And then also have the courtesy to acknowledge a valid point and conversation!!
Deeply unhelpful staff. Paid for twenty euro credit, the voucher they gave me was for five, I went back to ask for my money back with full proof of the payment and the voucher, was completely dismissed.
What a laugh. You could go in get two Bars and it might cost 1.77. Depending on who's working, their mood or where you are from you will be charged different amounts. Oh if you buy anything, it will be one of those things you get on the supermarket saying "part of a multi pack. Not to be sold separately "
Got here for 7am to collect a parcel and they were not open- despite their opening times listed as open 7am weekdays. Why can they not just list their real opening hours?
1-i have charged me leap card with 30 euro ,try on the next morning to take the buss....have a guess....yep no money on lea card 2- you have to be very careful when your getting your change back 3-they r .............
