This is normally go to Chinese as it always been very good but tonight I’ve been let down, i ordered at 7.10 by phone and was told 30 minutes to collect i gave them 35 minutes, paid as normal as I went in and then waited a further 30 minutes I kept asking if they had forgotten me to which I got no answer eventually I go my food at 8.15, I wouldn’t normally mind but no one to me about any delays when I went in
Waste of money, fried rice just boiled rice nothing fried tastes horrible website prices not the same as in store. I'll stick with my normal place.
Food is probably the worst quality in St neots no flavour at all
We had a great meal, fab crispy beef, BBQ ribs. Chicken chow mein, asked for extra onions & bean shoots which made the chow mein even better. So we will definitely go back. One star deducted by my husband, as he said it would be good if they used cardboard boxes instead of plastic containers.
Food was good, but unfortunately they forgot the prawn crackers. Think they were extremely busy. They did give me a replacement for the forgotten Prawn Crackers, great customer service. Lovely food tonight, they have a new menu, prices are up slightly, but it is worth it.
Appalling service in there last night and after correcting the person taking my order 3 times, I still got the wrong food! I asked for a refund but was told only if I took the food back to the shop. When I took it back and received my replacement dish, there was no apology, only an extra bag of prawn crackers. The replacement dish was very bland. Ruined my meal with my daughters.
Always a great meal, our favourite in the town. Parking: Lots of parking available.
Fantastic food every time. Decent waiting times, apart from waiting for our new years eve order that was a joke, but every other time we've been has been great.
Super yummy Chinese in my opinion I have lots of dishes send normally £50 so I try lots of different dishes, on problem is it takes AGES and it's never ready on time it's mega busy
