I tried this shop few years ago and didn’t like it so never went back until recently. The food is beautiful never yet been let down. There kebabs are second to none. Always delivered hot.

Wish I could leave a review with NO stars. Ordered via app at 6pm with 40 minutes delivery time. Received no updates and they don’t answer their phone so no way of knowing if it order went through. Decided just to make something to eat at 7.10. Then it arrived at 7.40! Whilst we were eating. Didn’t open it. Straight in the bin! Will NEVER USE MINERVA AGAIN.

We have ordered from them twice and been disappointed. First time we ordered hoggies and they were missing sauce and other parts. This time we ordered two Donner and cheese burgers and they were both missing donner. It's a shame because the food is tasty just annoying that ordered aren't complete and full price is paid.

This place has went downhill big time. Used to be good. Not anymore. Staff are really cheeky and dont look the cleanest. Stay clear of it.Food: 3/5

I have gave 1 star because this was once was  a fantastic chip shop could not fault it . Have been a good customer for as long as it's been open moved house 3 times and still we continue to to come hear .... But today we have as a family desides to say good bye for good   This decision was maid on  Hair found in are food not just once  Pizzas are soggy as hell  Pizza being rushed burnt at times  food in General has gone down hill   calazon burnt and not done right   fish supper batter soggy and tastes of     other foods  Now we are not complainers we eat any thing ...  To call up the place and personally being talk to like proper idiots of the manager and the poor lass behind the call being spoke to as if she's not a member of there team.  The language is out of order  Some times we have  sat for over 1hour and 30 minuits called to be told driver has left and 2 hours later arrives.. cold  So I would say step up your food game as we would order 3 times a week even more at the price from 10 to 80 in 1 order  Well good luck we are taking are business somewhere else

Usually really good from minerva... But unfortunately tonight. My food was below standard. The chips and fried pizza were cold, there were no vinegar and salt on my pizza. And the only edible part was the chicken. And the cold chips.... That I didn't order with my pizza made my Fried pizza cold and inedible. Only managed to have a couple of bites out of it before it went in the bin!

Wish I didn't have to give 1 star. This place deserves no praise. Spent £100s too much  with Minerva over the past few months. Food has always been great, staff brilliantly helpful and polite and deliveries always on time - if not early. The buy 10 get 1 free promotion was excellent value however... after receiving our "1 more order to your free meal" text we ordered our qualifying meal on 09.09.20 we didn't receive the usual code, value and expiry text. We phoned today to enquire and "the manager" told us that his boss had taken over the business a month and a half ago or more and, he's no longer honouring the deal as it's the old owner's deal we've received 6 deal texts within that general timescale! Absolute con. Happy for the texts to go out and doing nothing about it but not happy to honour the deal. Bit weird that the only text not received was the one including the free order details. Attitude of the manager was 'don't care'. We were averaging £160-£220 a month. Money which will now be spent elsewhere.

Please everyone avoid this rubbish place...order fish and chips/chicken kebab, they come only with very dry  fish and a couple of chips...kebab with dry and completely burnt chicken. Never order from this place again AVOID please

I used to enjoy a mix kebab from Minerva however the last few times it has been really bad wouldn’t even let my dog touch it. The doner meat is stinky one of the worst takeaways Minerva as turned into for kebabs after Marmaris down at The Mall.
