Been using Donna (at Mimosa) for many years. She is a wonderful, highly experienced hairdresser, you are always made to feel so welcome and comfortable. When I leave not only do I have a fab new hair style but I also feel like I've had a fun afternoon catching up with a very good friend. Her salon is perfect.....3mins walk from Dundee city centre, also on bus route, free parking and very central to both Dundee and Abertay University campus so ideal for staff and students, it's in the hub of a great area and prices very reasonable, including student discounts! I highly recommend Mimosa.

Highlights are highly overpriced and were done unsatisfactorily. I was not happy with the color but no effort was made on the part of the staff to correct it, unless I wished to pay a slight price below full. I have an orange patch on my head. I believe in cases like these, to stand behind the integrity of the salon, it should have been fixed at no cost to the customer. Otherwise, the staff are pleasant. I have heard better reviews from other customers who recommended me to this salon, so perhaps it was a fluke on their part. However, I will not be returning.
