As previously discussed during our two phone calls you delivered the flowers I ordered to the wrong address. My sister-in-law has still not received them and I am extremely disappointed. They should have been a pleasant surprise and I did not expect her to have to knock on all her neighbors doors to find them!

At the very least I expect you to refund the delivery charge and if they are not received by tomorrow I expect the whole amount to be refunded.

I had the most wonderful experience with these people. I called up and the woman was the most welcoming person I've spoken to while ordering flowers over the phone. The delivery was so prompt and the flowers were certainly the freshest I've ever received. Thank you.
