Bossy, rude and argumentative owner, makes for a difficult interaction and doesn't make you want to go back for further business.. 

Shame really, as the location, extensive stock and price "should" make for a perfect business..

Need some lessons in manners. Will not refund money, even though they cannot do a proper job of cutting keys. Would not recommend.
