My youngest loves tanks & really wanted one on his birthday cookie. The Lakeside team have delivered a fabulous tank, complete with tracks, turret & gun iced onto his cookie. Thank you so much, he’ll be very pleased.
I ordered a giant cookie for my daughters birthday of the character Eleven off of Stranger Things. Hollie came in on her day off to ice my daughters cookie for her. The drawing was amazing & my daughter & myself were blown away with the kindness of Hollie for going out of way & we were shocked with the amazing results. What an amazing member of staff you have working at your store.
I’m not usually one to put a negative review, but felt it necessary. I ordered two chocolate milkshakes, one for me and one for my partner. What we received was two milks with a dash of chocolate, absolutely shocking what we received for what we paid. I will never buy anything from this store again, and I hope this review will wake them up to make some decent milkshakes that actually have some ice cream in them. Make a profit once from me, but not a second time, that is for sure!
Today i was going to the shop to get cookies as i have many times, and i had saw the manager Bradley arguing with a member of staff who was a very, young small little girl, infront of the customers. I had saw she was very upset. He had said that she wasn’t allowed to leave after everything that happened. after she left he was laughing about it and joking with customers and workers. i find this horrific, i hope that team member is okay.
Had a lovely experience at this store today with a lady I believe to be called Joanna? She was very helpful and friendly going through all the options you have and I ended up walking away with more than I should have!

I stood there for a good 4 minutes waiting to be served a lady with dreadlocks was on her phone the lady with red hair hiding behind the till' i was on my lunch break amd n9w ive lost a good 4 minutes' disgusting.
