Went to Millies this afternoon for my first time. Finn gave me an excellent recommendation on what to try. Amazing fresh cookie, will definitely be coming again!
My latte was like warm and I think the server forgot to add the espresso!! My morning coffee needs to hit the spit, this did not!!! Unfortunately I won't return.
I had placed a last minute telephone order for a large birthday cookie. The female staff member who took my phone order was very helpful and friendly. My order was ready to collect a couple of hours later. Great service, delicious birthday gift. The recipient was VERY happy :
My only issue is that online it states your store opens at 9am so I went in for it opening. however, it was around 9.30 before the shutters were lifted. So I had to wait around. Apart from that great service.
Picking up a giant double cookie for my daughters birthday, it was exactly as I’d requested and served really fast especially since it was a Saturday. Got some extra cookie cupcakes whilst picking it up, delicious. Very friendly staff who even offered other colours of icing of the cupcakes that weren’t on display from the tray in the back. Very happy with the service.

The cookies are still tasty which is the reaon I've given 5 stars. But they are not what they were. Extremely thin. Picking up a slice was difficult without it falling to pieces before even taking a bite! So not good value for money at all. And due to this unfortunately I will not be purchasing a large cookie again.
I needed a giant cookie for a Eurovision party to show my love of Sweden, the young guy with braces I didnt get his name who served me was really friendly and the cookie itself looked fantastic and tasted great!
I paid extra for a two layer birthday cookie and only received a single layer, but did not notice until I got home. We also asked for pink and white icing, but got red and white. This was for my daughter's 18th birthday, so I was very disappointed. I don't think we even received a receipt.
What an absolute disappointment it's been a few years since we had millies cookies and what a absolute let down. Talk about small and thin, they were that thin when my daughter picked it up it actually split in half. You would of thought kids had made these and at £1.69 each ive bought and tasted better elsewhere for less money. So the £12 i spent on cookies for myself and other people i won't be giving them as I'd be too embarrassed. Absolute shame as we loved millies cookies, living on past reputation unfortunately
