Needs to attempt answering the phone.had a large order which stayed off this branches books. I appreciate busy periods but not so busy they can never answer
Quite grumpy staff. The cookies are nice but overly expensive
Phoned to order a cookie for a present and was greeted with, ‘what?’. Shocked I said is this Millie’s Cookies? Reply, ‘ye, what d’ye want?’. ‘Well I’d like to order a cookie’ reply, ‘you’ll have to call back I’ve got the delivery man hasseling me’!!! Need I say more?!! Excellent service - NOT
Have only given one star as I had to give more than none! The service from this shop was awful. They got the order wrong, the decoration on the birthday cookie was poor! Not impressed and a rip off
Poor customer service. Wouldn't provide the product I requested even though the shop was not closing for another 3 hours. Didn't offer to see if any other stores nearby could help. I called myself and the other stores simply hung up straight away. Not even a voicemail, just simply picked up the phone and hung up again.
