I decided to pop into millets in hemel hempstead this morning to look for a new coat, luckily I found the same coat but in a mustard colour whereas my old coat was green. I couldn't believe I found my size and I tried on the new one & it fitted perfectly. It was a bit more than my old coat & considering it's over 3 years ago, I am extremely happy to get the same as before. The 2 people that helped me in store are a young lady Sammy & also, a young man Martin. They have exceptional knowledge and I found their advice extremely helpful.
ups parcel delivered here instead of my house, because it was for a different household member they refused to pass it over UPS rules are:- "If you need someone else to collect your package on your behalf, they'll need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID or another valid photo ID containing the full name and proof of connection to the address on the UPS label As my driving licence showed or to the named person named person's valid ID or photocopy. Staff didnt know what they were doing and initially couldnt find parcel as UPS had not filled in form correctly, rubbish service from Both companies

We were served by a beautiful girl name Mel and even though my chosen jacket was not in the stores at that time, she ordered my jacket online with my request. Even though she said that it’ll take 5-10 days as I wanted my jacket to take on holiday, with the grace of God I got my jacket way before we went on holidays. Thank you so much Mel you were a great help that day and sorry my review was bit late. Mel you are an energetic, enthusiastic and quick to response, cheerful and helpful girl. Came in for a few camping bits. Great sale on excellent atttentitive staff. Didn't have the sleeping bag we wanted Martin offered to get 1 put on hold at another store for us to collect. Highly recommend for any outdoor essentials

I have ordered a womens jacket- a gift for my mom, on the 1st of December. I waited 3-5 working days,this was yesterday 9th of December,for the delivery to come,still nothing. I even paid £6.95 for it to come quicker. Received an email after i emailed them,saying that they have "no stock available when we came to pick your order" but interesting is that on their website where i ordered it, showed available the size that i needed, no limited stock, and they refunded me but NOT the delivery service which i paid for. This is the first time when such a thing happens to me and i am really frustrated and dissapointed. And i have another order which still i did not receive.
