Went looking for boots and got a great pair.. so important to be able to see for myself and try on a choice. Staff were attentive and friendly and I had time to come to a decision.  You get a discount for having a blue light card.

Hugely improved store, now it's moved over the road.  More space for stock and for moving around.  Staff most helpful.

I left my walking boots at home Kent so I had to buy a pair that wasn't too expensive. The staff in store were very helpful showing me my options and were very quick when getting boots in my size. I went with a pair of Hi Tech boots for £45 and they did me well in the Peak District

Brought some boots for my son who is in the Army Cadets, good selection of footwear and helpful staff.

Went in to buy some walking shoes and spent an hour trying on several due to none of them not quite fitting my feet properly. Eventually after making the assistant bring out box after box I found a pair that fitted. The staff were really accommodating of my requirements and persisted as much as myself in finding the right shoes. They could easily had fobbed you off with something high priced just to clinch the sale but they didn't. This is a really professional service.
