Helpful staff that dealt with my exchange and knowledgeable about products in store. Fair size store with plenty of stock.
Recently bought a pair of peter storm hiking boots from millets, what a disappointment, They fitted perfect snd was a comfortable as comfortable good be, Then after less than 6 miles of use they split around the edge letting water in. Will never purchase anything again from the store.

Always find good value here and the staff in Derby are very helpful. Caught a bargain at the end of their in-store black Friday sale as well. They also do in-store click and collect as well which we used recently for some boots.

I visited this store today and was very disappointed as being disabled I asked for an item and the server said they have them upstairs, I said I couldn't do the stairs as I can't walk un-aded and the server replyed with oh well, didn't offer to go get the item for me or anything this was very poo service
