First time being here. Me and my son really enjoyed the meal. The value of the lunch set is great. The service is excellent thanks to Estela she’s super nice.
Booked for Mothers Day. What a pleasant surprise. Excellent service. Our server Sinead was brilliant - courteous, polite and caring. The food was excellent. Good portions, tasty and filling. Walked away stuffed!. Highly recommended and will be returning.
So the place is and the staff was friendly enough but I don't believe personally that the food I ordered was worth what I we paid. Before we left we was still hungry with an £82 order for two adults and one child meal. The child meal was the most disappointing part as seen from the picture that would not fill none year old. Once challenged they did bring another one free of charge but the experience and having to argue so a child doesn't go hungry puts a negative experience on the night. The steak I ordered was nice but again it was very small and we was still hungry once we left. We couldn't be bothered to argue at this point as we already had to argue with the child meal.nnSo not the best experience and hopefully this isn't an every night experience I'll go again and find check if things run smoother if not then I won't go again I like to give place a chance to redeem themselves to see if it's coming place or an off night.nnI'll report back once I do my 2nd visit.nnGood luck.
We had a lovely meal yesterday at Miller and Carter! The staff were all very lovely and kind, making sure all was okay and asking about dietary restrictions. The food was delicious! We all went for the set menu which is very good value! The three courses were very nice, with lots of choices as well. I went for the burrata, which was creamy and fresh. The rump steak came with a choice of sauce, a crispy onion loaf, skinny fries and a massive lettuce wedge with its own dressing! All was delicious! For pudding, I chose the Chocolate Orange Bomb £2 supplement - it was lovely, with a great chocolate mousse and some orange curd! Absolutely loved it! Keira, our server, was great, making sure we were all good and very kind, and up for a chat as well! Thank you
As usual first class service and food cooked exactly how we requested it. No change or substitute was too much trouble.nMaggie was our server she was amazing she remembered us from last time and she was confirmation that good staff make a HUGE difference to the service you get unfortunately it doesn’t always happen.nWe was celebrating a special event and Maggie brought this to the table
