Hotel of great location, literally 2 mins walk from Knightsbridge underground station. Staff were absolutely helpful and polite. They also served amazing English breakfast and Americano, however facilities were dated, so overall it is a 4-star to me. Generally a great hotel and I think it is worth the price tag just for its location.
Great location and price. Good 4 star hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms small but for 1 or 2 nights fine and whilst not trendy it was comfortable and clean. Will return when we need to stay over in the city.
I have to say that the staff here is amazing. Even though Covid has caused some downsizing of staff... Craig and his team are doing an amazing job. I do feel bad for them as some of the guests are extremely rude and pretentious...but they handle those people with much professionalism.
Front desk staff are very gentle and respectful
