This hotel is listed as a 4 and should be listed as a 3 . They don't have the amenities expected of a 4 and ask you to buy them from a vending machine. The rooms need some TLC. Even historical properties should be in good repair. Beds are much too hard for a location that hosts a high volume of foreign nationals used to luxury and paying for it. The service is good as is the location. Rooms: Historical property - no USB in room Nearby activities: Close to train and restaurants Safety: We felt safe Walkability: Lots of restaurants but few shops Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants Noteworthy details: Bellhops on property
Came here to stay in 2 different times of the year, completely different experience. In April the hotel was very nice, clean, spacious, and in November my experience was horrible. We came to check in 1 day before our booking, they said there are no rooms, however we found rooms on booking.com and were able to book it. The room they gave us was so small and tight, literally a room for 1 person as the bed was for a single person. The AC in that room did not work as well. They moved us to a different room which was slightly better even though they claimed they were fully booked for the night, and the toilet flush in that room was not working. Moreover, my mom booked 2 rooms, 1 with 2 twin beds and the other a room with 1 king bed. Upon her arrival which she came for a late check in around 6pm they said that there was an overbooking and there are no rooms with 2 twin beds available as they gave it to other guests. We asked for the manager but the person up front claimed he’s the manager no one else was at the reception, and he was telling us he can’t do anything about it and he will just move her to another room with a king sized bed and a sofa bed which is not what we booked for. Overall, I did not have the same experience as when I came here on April. Other than the location, I don’t see why I should be staying here.
Hotel in fabulous location but rooms had superior need in my opinion a little upgrade to match the standard of other locations in same chain stayed at. I had several issues with my stay and the hotel had phone issues now resolved which didn’t help however ultimately I have given four stars due to the communication and the human touch shown to me by the rooms division manager Cyrielle who once involved dealt with me promptly and most importantly treated me with huge empathy and understanding - without her my review for service would be a different animal. I can’t praise this lady enough for her service and this is the kind of professionalism that makes or breaks a hotel in terms of customer experience.

A great location and friendly helpful staff. However, felt the rooms were a little tired including bathroom where more attention needed for cleanliness! We were only staying the 1 night and needed to be close to Hyde Park for the half marathon, so location was excellent. I suppose for the price in a great location of London perhaps all to be expected.
Everything, from meet and greet all the way through to check out, was excellent! We have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and each day and night was very enjoyable to be there. The whole team was very attentive to our inquiries and pleasant, in general. Firstly, when arrived at Millennium Knightsbridge hotel we were met by a kind luggage porter who brought our suitcases with care. Then welcoming and smiley front desk team helped with the booking and accommodated us in a very nice room. We always had a clean room and shampoos provided, so separate thank you to the house keepers. We had a lovely breakfast each morning and delicious dishes ordered to the room later, in the evening we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge, and we ordered a shisha in the terrace once as well. Overall, we had a brilliant experience in this hotel, and we felt very safe as the security team guards the premises on 24/7 operational mode. The location is wonderful too, not to mention Harrods which is just 2 minutes away by walk! We highly recommend booking in with Millennium Knightsbridge hotel.
If there was less than 1 we would have rated minus 10. As someone who works in the cleaning industry for more that 40 years, I was disappointed with maintenance of the building specifically our room. The mold and mildew in the bathroom was disgusting. The white curtain was a shade of gray instead. There was a permeated odor in the room. We complained and gave them the opportunity to rectify with no regard from the manager. As a result, we had to acquire another hotel room elsewhere. Millennium Hotel is London Knightsbridge is NOT the place to stay!!!!

I recently stayed at millennium Hotel for more than 10 days and overall, we i had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a convenient and central area, close to popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and i appreciated the city view from our window. Thank you PRERANA
I have been staying at the Millennium Knightsbridge for the first time, and although the Hotel need renovation, the atmosphere and the staff are absolutely amazing. I could not find my room which was at the end of the corridor and I have approached the Head Housekeeper Francesca, lovely lady, she introduced herself and offered to help me with my luggage and she lead me to my room. She made me feel so welcome and also gave me an amazing suggestion for an Italian restaurant in central London which I tried the same night with my husband and it was great! We will definitely be back! Thanks Francesca, thanks all Millennium Staff!
