Don't you think it a little bit much to charge almost 400$ for me to pee in a cup that is redicolous this place is killing our insurance how in the world is it 400 for a drug test when the company sends you to take drug test our insurance shouldn't be billed this isn't right at all

I would never have chosen this office if it weren’t for my doctors office being bought out by them. IMA was amazing with amazing staff and appointments were on time 95% of the time. The minute Millennium took over it went from 5 star to 0 stars! The Fort Myers office on Metro Pkwy looks like a flea market now and the office staff has changed to very sloppy unprofessional people. It looks like they have sold all the equipment just to keep the lights on and that isn’t even enough! More light bulbs are out than on in the waiting room. Since Millennium took over every appointment has been at least an hour late. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctors office that cares about themselves. They seem to only care about getting your money rather than being a good health care system.

I have insurance, my doctor ordered simple drug tests pain management. Millennium billed over $2500. My insurance paid over $700 and the rest was on me. OMFG I lost it! Unethical company, when I called she was willing to reduce what I owed by 50%. What should have been no bill to me, turned out to be a big bill. Never again will I allow my testing to be done by this company. BEWARE!

My provider put on the lab requisition to contact patient if insurance would not pay prior to running the test. They didn't check with me prior to the test to say it was a do the test or dont do the test they dont check with insurance before they run tests. They at that point should have called me so I could decline the test they did not When I called customer service they were of no help just said that wasn't the way it works. REALLY!!! It said call patient. It was a Dr.s order for them to call.I hope they go out of business.

We used this company to test our employees during their drug screen. Results took much longer than their "24" turn around time . Two of our employees came back positive which was false. Had their test re-verified and results the correct results. The prices for testing are ridiculous. The Government sued this company for kickbacks. Please stay away from this place at all cost. DO NOT USE THEIR PGT OR URINE TESTING. A simple google search will explain their malpractices.

Millennium Health aka Millennium labs is guilty of FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES!!! I have been billed THOUSANDS of dollars when only about $90 was actually owed. I've paid $47.08 for the first 4 bills, which were processed correctly. The payment and EOBs from my health insurance for the additional THREE billings were submitted to Millennium in September. Yesterday I get a letter saying I'm grossly behind and that I owe them $1066.86....my insurance says I owe them $35.31. If you find you're getting billed for higher amounts then you should be, do yourself a favor, and verify with your Insurance Company. I believe that Millennium is engaging in fraudulent billing and I'm posting this for others who may encounter this issue. Make a complaint with your insurance carrier...they'll fight for you!  I've also reported them to the FTC.

Fraudulent bills sent to my insurance. They would send the bill with same date 5-6 times saying I owed $1000 for a urine test. My doctor just said keep bringing it to her and she will fix it, "they do this a lot". Why is this place still open and a $200 million or billion lawsuit too?! Shut this place down

HORRIBLE PLACE. My doctor had some basic labs done including a drug test. I came up positive for drugs!!! I don't do drugs not even prescription drugs or even drink.! I am a naturalist and vegan. I have a state job and have to get screened every 6 months through another company and have always been clean. Not only that I got a bill for over $300 dollars and because of the apparent positive reading my insurance won't cover it! These people are fraud. Thanks a lot rip offs. All doctors and Insurance companies should not use this company for their employees and patients. My doctor now thinks I have a problem. I DON'T.

Lab gives results in a day or 2 . I have seen lives being saved with this company because of the accuracy of information. If you would prefer to be susceptible to false positives the visit a practice that uses a point of care cup or a lab Corp or Quest that uses immunoassay testing before definitive testing .

No damn Stars! My husband took his monthly test and failed. Some kind of barbiturate was detected, he is on heart meds so he will NOT take anything at all. I've read so many other posts and this lab needs to be shut completely down. I can't believe they are still in business. A lot of people have lost out on a job or medication taken away just because these tests are Wrongly accusing honest people. Shame on them. A Class Action Lawsuits needs to come together.
