3 years in and my car is still running like a dream. This is my second car from MM and I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future. Al is so courteous, the most honest sales man I know. He has a great variety of cars and continues to get the best cars on the lot. Look forward to seeing Al soon for my next deal. I would highly recommend, it's great a car dealership with integrity. Go along have a look, have a chat and you will see.
After originally leaving a really good review I have now seen Alan for what he is! Bought a Hyundai ix35 cleared my savings to buy this car. Couple of problems Inc the turbo packing up on me. After phoning a million times I got the car recovered to him. Waited over a month for it to be 'repaired' during this time had no communication from Alan at all, was a nightmare to contact him. So I did a bit of digging. Turns out the car had been clocked! Actually had double the miles on the car than was showing! Find out this car had been sold a month before I got it again by Alan. After contacting the prev owner he advised that he took the car back and got a full refund. So Alan has sold the car again to me knowing full well it was showing false miles! Said he would give me £1500 back to cover the difference. I'm now 6 months down the line and still haven't received the full amount. Apparently gone bust and has done a runner by the looks of things. If this man is trading somewhere else he needs to be found and made to pack it all in! CON MAN!!!!
Bought a Hyundai ix35 first impressions was really good had a few faults window switch not working squeaky breaks and hill decent light on the dash after phoning and booking it in with Alan picked the car up 5 days later for the light on the dash to re appear half way home.That much of a pain to talk to Alan directly. Also had to pay out for a new clutch and was told by my own garage it shouldn’t have passed its mot. Sorted it all out my self as the warranty is not worth paper it’s written on….. the company went bust in 2021 so how he managed to carry on trading until 2023 when it caught up with him. Made money of conning people!
Got a car from here for our youngest son. The car developed a small issue, so we took it back. The owner took the keys from us and told us he would fix it. A week later, the car was back and fixed! Top team here and a very good choice of car at very reasonable price! We will be back.

I’m not usually one for review’s especially when it involves car dealers This purchase was for my unsuspecting 17yo daughter!!! She’s a learner driver BUT IN THIS INSTANCE I am going to…..,. From the outset of the purchase of my daughter s fiat 500 Alan and his team at millennium motor company NOTHING was too much trouble they had the car I wanted at a good price in good condition the standard of preparation before delivery was excellent fully valet full mot warranty and breakdown cover and service was blown away by the level of customer service all the little things I found on test drive was sorted out WITH OUT any fuss They even delivered the car to my home with plenty of fuel in .so we could spring the surprise on her Fast forward to next day the car unfortunately sustained some minor damage we contacted Alan at the dealers he came to our home looked at the damaged and helped with repair thru one of his trade contacts the repair is excellent If you want to buy from a genuinely honest and decent dealer with old school values choose millennium motor company well done guys
Read this first!! I bought a vehicle from here if it's running when you get there walk away I can't say which it was as it's still there. I would like my money back and this was back in January and still haven't received my money back. Please bear this in mind the warranty that comes with vehicles is not worth the paper is written on.The day after it was smoking bad so took it to my mechanic and found out the injectors were gone it cost me £750 to get van back as there was a lot of discussion about mot. I would recommend taking car for an independent MOT as they look dodgy. I didn't want it to get it to this so phoned millennium motors to take it back and refund me that was ok with me but all you get is I'll phone you back this place will ignore phone calls and messages so unfortunately I will have to sell my debt to a debit receiving agency so please avoid this place like COVID. The owner's response is to take him to court. Please bear all of this in mind!!!!
We purchased a car from millennium motor for our grandsons birthday and the service we received was absolutely excellent. Alan didn’t do any hard selling he just offered an honest and friendly service. We would highly recommend purchasing a used car from Alan as his after sales service means you can buy with absolute confidence Kev and Jan Burrows
My old man wanted a cheap runner bought a vauxhall insignia off them. Proper bodge job cam belt not fitted correctly everything a mess engine wise. It was cheap yes but have to wonder if they knew exactly what they were selling. Had it less than a year it's a danger to drive!
Reading Philip Towey's review prompts me to share my experience with this outfit, the owner told Philip to take him to court I did and got a ccj against Alan /Millenium motors.I Bought a vehicle from them on 3rd August 2021 within a week I phoned Alan informed him the vehicle had no power his first reply "you're not getting your money back" contravention of consumer goods act I gave him the opportunity to repair it thereafter everything went wrong every time I phoned Alan was out taxing a car or with a client ,on the odd occasion I talked to him as always it somebody else to blame or the parts were not available ,as with countless other customers I never received a V5. Finally in November 2021 I sent an email informing the I would pursue the matter further unless I got a reply nothing. Sufficient to say I employed a solicitor they only ever received one reply from Alan he must have been annoyed as it was all in upper case, after that no reply's from Alan that included none to county court which ended in a default judgement against him with costs adding up to a total of nearly £5k which Alan requested a payment plan surprise he defaulted on more bailiff visits ,I finally got the final payment in February 2023.I've posted this review after reading Philip's experience customers need to know this outfit doesn't care about customer service or the legal system
