We purchased a millbrook bed in march ‘22 but realised immediately that the base was faulty this was verified by the independent advisor and then replaced, however the replacement was also faulty and now they don’t want to know, this after 6months use is shocking.what happened to our 5 year warranty? Bitterly disappointed with this company. Buyer beware.

I don't write reviews often, but my experience with Millbrook Beds has been exceptional! From ordering the product to then having it delivered, it is nice to have great customer service alongside an excellent product. Thank you ever so much for a good quality product, and for staff who are polite, kind and helpful. Just want to add, that the guy who delivered was extremely pleasant and he deserves a shout out but don't have his name to do so

Terrible.  Independant inspector confirmed complete failure after less than 4 months of use of the Anchor Mattress.  Millbrook told supplier to ' dump ' it which means it will be recycled.  Not quite sure why they did not want it back to carry out tests for reason of failure.  Had to give one star in order to post this.

Bought a new mattress from here this week and extremely impressed. Excellent product and also excellent customer service when calling to activate the ten year warranty. Highly recommend.

Absolutely hurrendous. Do not buy a bed from Somerset beds. And do not get a Millbrook 400 adjustable one either. I didn't go for this mattress. I paid extra for the firm mattress n i still haven't got it.The service has been disgusting. And i still haven't had my vat bk. Which im entitled to.  Not, 1, good nights sleep in it at all. And i don't even wish to give one! I'm very ill n i get treated like this!

Webbing support in the base of my first bed gave way within s month, it was replaced efficiently by supplier. Replacement base, the draw front fell off when unpacked. Had to repair my self and now 8months on the webbing support have gone again.. Buy the mattress they are quality but the base is rubbish.not glued on

I'm sorry I have to give the company any stars at all.  It is the most umcomfortable bed that sags in the middle. From day one, I've woken up with terrible neck pain and this is two years on!  AND this is with having to turn this incredibly heavy mattress every week! When I complained to the store, I was told, " Millbrook do not accept returns based on comfort". That say a lot! Don't buy from Millbrook.  The new management don't care about their customers and there are too many other mattress companies out there that do.

I purchased my Millbrook bed after buying a Harrison spinks. There is a large of quality between the two. I purchased the Millbrook Albion and it is a the lower priced bed . But it is so good in it build compared to the Harrison spinks bed . Both have 5000 springs and similar padding. The Harrison's thrush down on the edging of the bed when sitting also you can fill the springs . There is a big difference between them one good one bad. You learn in life to pay for a good bed is wise , I paid 800 pounds for the Millbrook Albion and it a firm rating . One of the biggest problems for people is remembering to buy the correct bed for their weight of body. A firm rating extra firm is of bigger people to give support where needed . Always try at a shop before buying online to save money is the best way . Also buying online with your credit card gives you more power if the problem happens . But I feel good about my bed now .

Awful experience - waste of money.  Worst mattress I’ve owned.  Mattress clearly sinks in on one side of the mattress only. Rang and they sent an independent technician - from a company ecomaster which in themselves have 1/5 reviews from over 100 reviews.  They have ruled the mattress is perfect and they won’t give a replacement/refund.  Awful company. Awful mattress. Avoid Millbrook.

The 10 year warranty is virtually worthless as the chance of a fault increases as the bed ages and the refund amount reduces. I have experienced this twice, the last time  the mattress covering became very loose and heavily rucked, Having sent photo proof and proof of purchase i was told they could send this for independent inspection and IF a manufacturing fault was found they would offer 20% of a new bed at list not discounted price. No sorry just take it or leave it, very last century. I have now bought a bed in a box, 100 day trial and 10 year FULL REFUND policy
