Went for Sunday lunch actually chose from special boards. 1 had lamb shank the other had vegetarian option. Both were really good. Well cooked very hot, plain food suited us perfectly. Staff were excellent too. Will definitely go back.
Had a truly delicious Sunday lunch this weekend. Food heavenly, vegetables cooked to perfection and perfect Yorkshire pudding. Staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Excellent value,many thanks
Lovely meal last night. Highly recommend the duck balls and arrancini starters. The veg with the steak pie came with a bit of crunch - perfect. Will be back to try more. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Lovely staff but food is average. Has a good function room for larger parties but all in all me and my husband didn't love the food. Mum and dad liked it so that's all that matters.

A great little gem of Yorkshire. I can not recommend this lovely little pub enough. My first meal out in so long and lovely home cooked food and the sticky toffee pudding was to die for and I dont have desserts that often but this was one of the best I've ever had. The staff so warm and friendly it's a must to go and try

Well what can i say the couple are very friendly a good laugh and made us welcome as they was very busy. My partner and I was staying at Cedar retreats so a little run and well worth the 3miles. The food was amazing and cooked too perfection and plenty of it too. Had a great time. Thankyou so much.
