There are many cafes similar to this one - the seating, the menus and the selection of food - it's like there's a template for these cafes. Masterchef is one such cafe that has existed in Ruislip for many years. Compared to Masterchef, Mill End Cafe is inferior. The food was cooked well, but the quantity and prices did not compare. It's a 3.5/5 really, but I rounded down because I was disappointed, given that Google has it rated at 4.7.
Good food and friendly staff. Whether it's a coffee or a meal, it's all good.Food: 5/5

Excellent family run cafe, clean, good friendly atmosphere, well cooked & fresh food.Food: 5/5
Very clean with friendly staff . I got a breakfast of sausage hash browns eggs beans chips and mushrooms and a coke. My drink was served in a chilled glass which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was ok but nothing special I'm afraid. The sausage for me was to mushy and again it seems I need to continue my search for eggs that are cooked to perfection . Snot like white in the egg just doesn't do it for me . My partner had a cheese omelette and that was better than most . I would go back to try something else tho.
Fantastic food and very friendly service. Defo recommended going here for breakfast..
Part of our pre match routine now! Great food offering and service if we lived locally we would be here every day Still very much our port of call enroute to the footyFood: 5/5
Quite possibly the best bacon baps in the world. The bread was soft but had a perfect chewy crust. The bacon was of high quality and perfectly cooked. Friendly polite staff. Clean facilities and a working hand dryer! My mum was very impressed, and she is not easily pleased. All credit to you!
Good cafe grub. Very clean. I had great breakfast and my wife had very well cooked poached eggs
