Rude. I collect a prescription weekly, and due to the nature of my medicine I am treated like a second rate customer. She will serve everyone else who arrives after me before eventually preparing my prescription meaning I'm left standing there for up to half an hour sometimes. I understand that others have complained about this poor behaviour too, which needs to be dealt with by the relevant authorities. Vulnerable customers are particularly at risk of feeling "put down" publicly.

Indeara is a diamond & so helpful. It's just such a shame small businesses are being pushed out by the larger ones. We in our village will continue to support her for as long as possible.

Does not deliver tablets on time or when required, I have to keep calling in on wrong phone numbers given to chase tablets which have not arrived on time, this is exceptionally inconvenient.

Unfortunately the location of this pharmacy on Google Maps is completely wrong. Once I found them they were very helpful. Recommend

I put in a prescription this morning which they had to order in. I was on crutches, so coming back again was going to be tricky. Without me even having to ask, they checked how much of my current prescription I had left and then said they would deliver my prescription later today. Which they did. That is top service.
