Unreliable and incompetent. After phoning Miles of smiles to enrol my 8 month old into creche I was advised I would receive a call back that day, unfortunately after several days I rang them back. I arranged a viewing and rang in the morning to state I would be around should they like me to go earlier, once again advised the manager would give me a quick call back. Unfortunately I turned up with my 8 month old daughter at 6pm for my pre arranged tour to be met with locked doors and no one at the location. Unfortunately reliability is what I as a parent need when putting my child into creche and not receiving calls back when stated shows a lack of organisation skills and management. One star given for location
Both our children have attended this nursery and we've always been very happy with the service. Michelle and the staff are always happy, helpful and friendly. Children are always excited to attend so that speaks for itself
