Very disappointed. Ordered two Americano Pizza's and both were burnt. Called the shop and complained. He apologized and said we are very busy can't send a driver now. Avoid avoid avoid
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Atrocious. Disgusting food that turned up late and after checking prices on line after ordering by phone we had realised we was over charged by atleast 10 pound. Two bites and binned it. Tried to call to complain but no answer even though they answered five minutes prior to arrival. Grab the money and run. Truely disgusting food !!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
This place used to be really good but I think the food quality has gone down recently, on numerous occasions the food has made us sick and almost every time they have either have got our order wrong or forgotten something completely so take my advice and avoid this place
Beyond a joke. This place is 3 miles from the property we rented for the weekend and estimated delivery time was 40mins, actual delivery time 1hr 40min. Chicken was the driest I've ever had and the lamb doner was like plastic. Chilli sauce was like water and extra large portion wouldn't pass for a medium back in Bristol.
Dreadfull took over an hour and a half for delivery when the food turned up it was cold i rang up to complain and was told its because they were busy and not much they could do asked for a refund and because i ordered online they cant do refunds complete b@#lshit had a few issues before with the time it takes but food is normally warm and tasty but no more chances today was a joke
A very welcome lockdown treat. Delivered quick and hot. Everything freshly prepared. Salad tasty, fresh and crispy. Excellent mixed kebab and a lovely mixed burger. Garlic sauce to die for. We will definitely be returning customers.
Rang them and ordered 2 lots Chicken Meat and Chips for delivery. When it came had no chips, Charged £18. When we rang to tell. We were told they hadnt charged us for chips, we only ordered chicken kebabs. But there is no pitta bread in our boxes. Just chicken meat. Never ordering again.
Shocking. This place used to be ace for delivery and customer service. The kebab meat was very good, both lamb and chicken doner. Tonight I placed my order for delivery, I live 6 miles from the kebab house and over 3 hours later I am still waiting for any correspondence. After two hours waiting I decided to order from elsewhere and despite numerous attempts to contact Milanos to let them know I wanted to cancel my order, the phone was not answered once. What a shame. Shocking service, I will not be ordering again.
Okay, so first of all I would like everyone to know that I hate giving bad reviews but unfortunately on this occasion I will have to make an exception because I really don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did and waste £20. First of all, the customer service is appalling, after an hour of waiting for my food I called them to ask where the delivery was and they replied "just left" no apology for the delay nothing. However, that I could deal with... 30 minutes later still no food? Baring in mind I live about 10 minutes away, wish I just went and collected Eventually the deliver did come and the delivery driver did not apologise for any delay either. I can get over all this... IF the food was of good quality which it wasn't. They managed to get my order wrong somehow the most simplest of orders you could even imagine but I waited so long no way could I make a fuss, I would of ate anything at that point! But the food quality was absolutely horrendous, I am originally from Wellingborough so by no means do I have a high standards of takeaways that's for sure! The food was warm, bland and utterly disappointing! I ordered some southern fried chicken which was just damn right disgusting. The chips were soggy and the burger was awful!! I had read some bad reviews on this place but decided to give it ago anyway, on this occasion I wish I had listened. If you're considering purchasing just be careful. However heed my warning people!
I ordered chicken, salad, coleslaw and extra sauce with no pitta or chips. Order was spot on amazingly & food was great. Delivery driver was socially distanced at drop off.
