Milan Palace truly made the celebration special. I attended a wedding here, and from the moment I arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The decor was beautiful, the ambiance was lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the staff, it felt personal and thoughtful. A perfect place for weddings and any special celebration. I’d happily come back again. It’s definitely worth the visit!!
We booked this place for eid it was a party of 35 people.nIt wasn't clean when we arrived. Quite dusty and the drinks were left open.nLights were broken but they managed to fix it.nThe down fall was despite knowing we going to be there by 12.30 the lunch wasn't ready and was significantly late. It was actually served after 3.30 which was a disappointment. They were not apologetic or remorse. Staff were kind of rude and was rushing us. Asking for the venue at 5pm. Food wasn't upto standard and service wasn't upto the mark. Our day was not great, also they charged for the extra chairs they put on the table despite telling them we are only a party of 35.
I had my brother wedding at Milan Palace. Everything was superb from starting to till end. No any headache for any inconvenience. All the party gone very well. Food was very delicious. Staff was very helpful and professional. All the management had nice experience of handling the function very smoothly. I am very thankfuk to all the management of the Milan Palace who made my brother day very special. I will recommend to all my family and friends to hire Milan for upcoming functions.
0/5 – Terrible Experience at Milan Palace Wedding EventnWe attended my niece’s wedding at Milan Palace, and honestly, the experience was awful from start to finish. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if that were possible.nnWhen we first entered the hall, the very first thing we noticed was how dirty everything was. One of the tables had left over food like someone had already eaten there dirty cups, leftover food, and used plates just sitting there. I watched staff go in and out but not once attempted to clean it up, so I had to ask for them to clean it, which she semi cleaned and then placed it on the counter which was right by my table and I watched it there the entire night. The chairs and curtains were filthy, full of stains and marks, including the stage chairs and the guest seating. It was extremely unhygienic and embarrassing for an event as important as a wedding. I watched in horror at all the filth and unorganization. Absolutely shocking.nnWe had booked Hall B for the female function, as this was a Muslim wedding, and privacy was very important to us. While we were in the middle of changing, a group of men and women suddenly walked in to view the hall! This was completely unacceptable the venue was already ours at that time, and it was well past the hours we had paid for. We told them we were changing and that it was inappropriate for them to enter, but instead of apologizing, one of the staff members just said, “I’ll give you a room to change in,” which made absolutely no sense since we were already in our booked hall.nnThe organization was terrible. The staff were clueless about everything we asked for from setup details to equipment. We asked for a speaker, and it took them hours to bring it out. Every time we asked someone for help, they acted like they had no idea what was going on.nnThe food was another disappointment. We had ordered Somali food, but what we got was Afghani food, and it tasted reheated and old, definitely not freshly prepared. It was such a letdown, especially after paying for a proper catered meal.nnOverall, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a venue. Dirty, disorganized, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of our privacy. As the family of the bride, we were deeply disappointed and would never, ever book Milan Palace again or recommend it to anyone.
Hi to those who want to book the venue, this is a very good afghan venue. The service was very good, the food was amazing, and the staff service was very professional. The owners were the best and definitely coming again. We went on the 1st July 2026 and had the best time ever they looked after all my guests. From Bashir and family. {}
