So disappointed have had our Friday takeaway every week probably for the last few years. Ordered tonight at 6.00 pm advised 60mins and followed it up to see when food was arriving to be told 8.30! Arrogance at its best by the lady that obviously not advanced in customer service handled the call and forgot to put the telephone down. Yes we heard all the staff laughing at us quoting our address oops data protection
Excellent food, service always with a smile serving our local community. Claudia, Rui and their staff always give of their best, even when they get incredibly busy. Thank you xx
1st of all the food tastes decent here although the Chicken could've been hotter.nIt's the people answering the phone that's really disappointing!nThey began laughing mid order and continued to laugh to the end of the order which made me feel really uncomfortable! I then didn't want to pick up the order and sent my poor Fiance instead.nThey also told us 20 mins it would be ready and it ended up 45 mins.nI'll be honest I won't return here again as strongly dislike being laughed at.nFiancee did speak to the owner about the poor experience and he did apologise but it just didn't sit well with me.
Service and the whole place is good, but this doesn't look like a large chips to me. Will be going elsewhere next time sorry.nnFood tastes good though
Mike's is our favourite go to local chippy, great value in these difficult times, fantastic selection to choose from and all very good, the chips are the best !!
