Called regarding back door lock, I was sure it needed replacing however after speaking to Mike prior to visit he said a clean and realignment of door should be enough. He arrived and fixed the existing lock on back door and serviced the front door. Good value very pleasant and informative. Will use again and will recommend to anyone

An excellent, very friendly, efficient service. He knew exactly what lock was needed to replace mine, from speaking to me over the phone. He had these in stock already, so was able to fit them the same day. Will definitely use Mr Roberts again.
