The service I have received is absolutely disgusting! I was told I would have my blinds in 7 to 10 days, and I still haven't received my blinds. So I called the lady and asked when I would be getting my blinds she said I would get a call back with an answer. But they wasn't no call back, I have now waited over 15 days and not heard anything I do understand the bad weather is now a problem but I should of had my blinds before the weather got poor.

Bought over the past 7 years in total 8 made to measure blinds - some very large and some smaller, each one has fallen apart after around 2 years. shocking quality and bad customer service that i have been told warranty is only 1 year, it's almost as thought they know their blinds fall apart after around 2 years. as a nicety you would think they could do something with the amount of money having been spent with them... WILL NOT USE EVER AGAIN.
