Didn't have a good experience having my ears syringed. Cold water used and didn't clear all the wax. Went back couple of days later and they couldn't see a thing . Thought the instrument might need fresh batteries?? Infection started in my ear. Won't be going back any time soon.....
Excellent service for travel vaccinations.Thoroughly explained and everything checked. Staff had a lovely, reassuring and calm approach. My daughter sailed through her injection. Would highly recommend.
This pharmacy has gone down hill, was really good when it opened as Midway. So many people being told they can't have full prescription and need to come back. Out of the last 6 times I've been for myself or my daughter I've had to go back, happened again today, getting really annoyed as waiting 15 min every time. Felt sorry for the people working there as they have to get many complaints, but then again they must have gotten used to it as now complacent. You don't mind it happening occasionally but not this amount. They need to get their act together as I know people are starting to use other pharmacies.
Excellent, professional and friendly service. The pharmacist, Ester, at the Pudsey branch was lovely particularly with our children when giving us our vaccinations
Wife and I just visited and was very rudely treated by the lady there today. Serious attitude problem and when asked for the items we needed she gave us the worst look and told us there was no such thing. It was right there on the shelf and we had to explain it to her. Absolute joke of a service and to wait at the counter for ten mins was a joke too. Give this place a miss. To be told “if it’s not there then obviously we don’t have it” only to find it on the wrong aisle. Awful service
