Hasina have very friendly nature. She is good worker. I was very comfortable with her when I go for my blood test. I am very happy with her work.
Every single month my prescription is late,I put in week early and still it takes 2/3 weeks to get my meds, which means by time I get everything the next one going in…supplier not delivered etc,etc… that is NOT a customer problem. I know there is staff problems,shortages and various other issues but end of day you are supposed to offer a service,one advertised.very Poor service, no apologies given or explanation.changing to someone else too ill and stressed to go through the same rigmarole on a monthly basis!
I wrote a really good review about 4 months ago. Have no idea what is happening now because it was not the case 4 months ago. Every single prescription cannot be fulfilled due to lack of stock. This is a chemist!! I queries this to be told that they dont keep stock of their medication or cannot cater for all medication needed???? Have recently tried ringing them to see if my prescription is complete - always no answer on a Saturday.
My father is 85, and has mix dementia, they are supposed to deliver his medication every week. They regularly miss the deliver to him. When we phone to ask where they are we always get the same reply- you pick them up.
There was a 12 year old child behind the counter with all the adults professionals ignoring the poor child. The child was left to deal with complex patient enquires. The child was screaming across the room asking patients for names and dates of birth. It was like walking into the twilight zone. The child was completely lost and given no direction and left to fend for herself. How they have a licence is astonishing to me.
The staff were lovely. I’ve never had my ears syringed before. I thought £55 was a lot of money just for one ear , with me going private I thought it would be someone coming into the chemist to do this procedure.
Absolutely ultra professional, I was informed of every thing that was happening and constantly asked if I had any concerns. The lady that carried out this procedure is a credit to the business

The chemist, who administered my injection, was great. Really calm and friendly and totally put my mind at ease.
Hassle free, pain free! Thats me sorted hopefully for another year, allergy free after my 3rd annual booster.
