Just what the doctor ordered. Have been waiting to get in the water for what feels like forever. Well organised. Beautiful spot. Very relaxing!

Took my daughter here to swim here while I sat and read a book take a chair if you don't want to sit on a wall.nNo frills no loos but lots of bushes!, but staffed with helpful and knowledgeable people. I saw a 1:1 lesson going on and was very impressed.nBeautiful little lake and lovely to watch swans, moorhens and geese.

I went here for the first time on Sunday. It was very relaxed and well organised. I got my wetsuit on, had a quick safety briefing and description of the course and was into the lake in no time! I will definitely be returning :

First time today, paid the annual insurance and booked a slot an hour before showing up. Was given a short brief of the lake then dived in - easy. Probably my favourite lake to swim in to date, not busy and the two courses are nice distances 300m & 650m

Really well maintained and I felt very safe and well supervised as a first timer.
