Definitely recommend midland karting from start to finish. All the guys are extremely welcoming. My Son decided he wanted to go go karting for his 16th birthday. When we arrived him and his mate were extremely nervous and there was a fair bit of screaming down the mics but the staff took it all in there stride and made them feel welcome and relaxed. On the way home they talked none stop about how they wanted to return. Thank you to all the staff and I’m sure we will see you again soon
Absolutely fantastic facility, staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a big group or team building. Will definitely be using again soon. Even better under the lights Great job
We had a great time at Midland Karting yesterday for our company team day out. The staff at Midland Karting were incredibly friendly, helpful, and fun. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The track was fantastic, and there were so many different race options to choose from. A big thank you to the café as well, who kept our team fuelled up throughout the day. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
What an amazing place ran by an amazing people. We had such an amazing time, we were over 100 of us so you can imagine the effort, organising, thoughts and work has been put in place for 3 hours race and the guys have looked after us so well and nothing was too much for them
Great day, even in the rain! Dave had a great sense of humour, all staff were friendly and helpful. They seem to cater for all ages and abilities. Nice coffee and snack machine as well as a cafe onsite.
Popped in to have a look and had such a good chat with the general manager that I ended up having a 30 mins session on the track. As I was on my own and new to the sport, the manager came out on the track and gave me a few pointers on how to improve my driving. Ended up getting 2 seconds quicker within a few laps and felt a lot more confident in my karting. The marshals were all friendly and helped out when needed. The site is nice and tidy with everything you need for a fun day out. Will be returning again soon for some more practice sessions and the monthly meeting!
We paid a visit yesterday morning, and the weather was kind with added to the experience. The karts were quick enough to keep my 9 year old happy. The staff are super friendly, and the cafe is there if you fancy a breakfast or quick snack. We had an early booking which meant that my son had the track to himself which he loved, for the price we found the experience fab and would certainly recommend.
Easy to get to, not many parking spaces we and others had to park on the grass outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of new helmets in a variety of sizes. The karts were a bit tired and tyre’s were extremely bitty and worn, traction on corners was limited and the brakes only seemed to operate on the left side, not that fast either. The track was too narrow not allowing for overtaking. The marshals didn’t seem to be controlling the bashing just standing there. The medals given at the end was a nice touch and reviewing the stat sheets. The gents toilet didn’t work/flush correctly and I was not aware of any disabled friendly facilities at all on site everything is steps to access. The cafe had hot food and chips under a heat lamp that looked like it had been there all day not fresh at all. They have a separate kids track but none of our group used this so couldn’t comment
Popped in last week for a session in one of their 2 stroke karts. Despite only being a small track, I thoroughly enjoyed my 30 minutes. The staff are great, all super friendly. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.
I cannot applaud the team at Midland Karting highly enough. Complete professionals in every respect & safety at the venue/on track is top priority. Their enthusiasm & dedication is clearly apparent. The Race School sessions afford a more comprehensive insight into all aspects & are really good value - especially as a member. The new Premier circuit layout looks amazing too & we can't wait to try it out. Looking forward to flood lit driving on a summers evening. Bravo & thank you ! :
