Cannot fault Gavin and co. at Midland Building. Gavin leads a very professional outfit and clearly cares about the quality of work his company deliver. We recommend Midland regularly. We would never consider going anywhere else if we needed this type of work again. We had two supporting walls knocked through and one non supporting wall removed. The work created a kitchen/ diner/ lounge a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom from separate toilet/ bath rooms. The quality of the finish and day to day contact and service was fantastic. Gavin was also very reassuring throughout the 13 week job which was a daunting time for us. Thank you so much.

Midland Building built a very large garden wall for us towards the end of last year. We shopped around before instructing Midland and chose them as their quote was the most realistic, not quite the cheapest although not far off however some were twice the price, but the most thought through we felt. We are so happy we did. Gav and Jackie were brilliant, always communicating with us and keeping us upto date. John the brickie did a fantastic job helped by Sam and Wayne. All three were friendly, polite and a good laugh. The end result was second to none and we have had nothing but compliments form the neighbours. 10 days ago we decided to replace our front door, so it was a no brainier to contact Midland again. This time we dealt with Dave. Fantastic customer service, a guy was round straight away to measure up, then about a week later the door was fitted. Looks great, super secure, couldn’t be happier. Great company!

Just had a composite door and window combination fitted to our home. Fantastic quality door, friendly staff, amazing service all the way through the process. The fitters were professional clean and friendly. Dave who dealt with our order was amazing professional and friendly. Fantastic customer service went the extra mile to help us get what we wanted and the finishing look we wanted. I would highly recommend Midland Building NorthWest Ltd you wont be disappointed. Couldnt recommend this firm Midland enough, from start to finish fantastic customer service.  From doing reviews myself across the Wirral i chose this firm for new front door and cladding and guttering, they gave very realistic quotes and the work was carried out very promptly all within weeks of ordering.  Dave is a lovely guy who comes out to your house and talks you through everything from start to finish.  All the work carried out is excellent i would recommend Midland to anyone looking to make improvements on there house.
