I visited the practice today and, as usual, received great care from Scott, Andrea and Sharon. The recent remodelling now make the spaces light and airy and the range of treatments available seem to cover every requirement one could have as a patient. The most important aspect for me though - and I imagine for most people who attend - is the warm welcome and the obvious professionalism of all the staff. Thoroughly recommended.
I booked a appointment with this dentist and paid a £45 deposit because it was required. On the day of the appointment I was delayed unfortunately and make didn't make it back to Crewe in time for the appointment. I rang the reception at the earliest opportunity ,but they wouldn't rebook it unless I paid another £45 deposit.
Visited surgery on 12/01/23 and found it to be very modern and well laid out. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Efficient and fast dental treatment. Couldn't ask for better.
I have only got good things to say about the practice. My sister has undergone a extensive and long treatment plan . This has been carried out with the highest level of professionalism and she has been treated dignity by the the amazing staff. This has resulted in her being able to smile with pride for the first time in years .
I have just finished a course of treatment with Dr. Khan and Andreea, treatment included the extraction of a retained root and having a new denture. From start to finish communication was excellent, making me feel at ease every step of the way.
During my visit today Dr Khan and Andreea kept me calm and also made me laugh, which was great when I hate the dentist. Thank you both. Visit was very informative also.
Staff were lovely couldn’t fault the service at all. Just a little feed back maybe everyone should wear a uniform I felt the denim dress one of the receptionist’s had on was a bit to revelling

Always been very helpful with the whole family, all the staff are friendly, fun and professional, on occasions have gone above and beyond at short notice, the new private scheme baffles me a little but I’m sure I’ll get my head around it
Myself and my son came here for treatment been registered here for a while. Josh and the dental nurse were fab! My son was pretty anxious about having treatment but he was put right at ease as soon as he came in, just by how they both were and how they explained things.... I was also very anxious about my treatment as I have had bad experiences at other practices before. Josh and the dental nurse put me at ease and it was not so daunting once started. The staff are friendly and welcoming, reassuring and they take the time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable rather than rushing you in and out.... just want to say a huge thanks for restoring my faith and not maling me so worried about coming to the dentist!!! Next time I come I certainly won't be worrying like I did. Thanks for the whites, thanks for being great Enjoy the trip to Italy Its well deserved Just thought I'd add that the booking process, day registration forms are also easy to do, a reminder is sent out a few days before and an online form to be filled out which is easy to do. The reception staff are also friendly and helpful
