Awful service and attitude.  One counter attendant barked at a foreign tourist who wanted to exchange some money that she "couldn't just walk up to the travel counter, she had to join the queue". It doesn't say that, so probably happens a lot. He also allowed a business user to push in front of a blind man. When I said that the blind man was actually next, he just answered "business customers." The woman in question was getting a large amount of cash out on her debit card. No apology to the blind man, who had to return to the front of the queue with his dog. Only 2 people serving when I went in. I was there for 15 minutes and the queue went up from 4 when I arrived, to 8 when I left. Tiddington is much better, so will go there more often.
