When I ordered from Uber eats I got someone else's food through deliveroo. The delivery driver made the mix up but yet this restaurant sorted it out, they personally delivered my food and also apologized for someone else's mistake. Very professional, when my actual food came, it was still hot and very tasty. I recommend the chicken and lamb Donner, no faults with this place and I look forward to ordering again.
Got be one of the worst kebab shops around, avoid this place is possible. The shop representative was least interested in actually serving or taking the order. The potatoes for the chips aren’t fresh, rather cooked from frozen, fish portions tiny with lots of batter and equally not fresh. There was one chap who took the initial order and then relayed this on to his colleague who prepared the fish n chips, finally gave me the wrong number of chips and then looked extremely confused of how he should simply remove two packs of extra chips that I didn’t order, instead he removed the chips from the fish and then gave me two very light bags. Upon coming home and consuming the product, we came to a conclusion that the food was of very poor standard and definitely overpriced. This is not the Mick’s that I remember, rather a place where they ‘take the Mick’ and make up prices as they go along. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!! From a hygiene perspective, I think it’s OK, but could do with a bit of a clean and perhaps a spruce up as it’s very much dated. Prior to doing this, I suggest they sort out the quality of their food or expect customers to spread the word without any repeat visits.
Food is really good. Halal food. Prices are low as compared to other kebab shops. Value for money. Owner is humble and polite. Do visit. Eating it cor past 4 days regularly. RecommendedFood: 5/5
Staff is so rude and don’t know how to talk with customer, they send wrong item for delivery and staff said it’s not my fault that you have got wrong item, also the quality of food is not good
Messed up the order completely. All 4 of us didn’t get what we ordered. Food was terrible.
This is the worst shop to ever eat any kebabs or any fish. Please please do not buy anything from here. I just bought fish and chips and I paid £7, after 15 minutes I get the fish and I sit in the car and try to eat and it is rubber rubbery and rubber. Fish in the freezer must be months and months old. And on top of that yeh chips were so bad refried chips. I went back and showed them and guess what they say to me ? For fresh cod and chips you have to go to sea side lol wow what a response. Anyone who has eaten fish and chips knows that when you slice the fish it is white and fluffy and you enjoy hot but this fish inside was brown color rubbery and I told him eat infront of me as I just had one bite, he took in the hand and said it’s fine. I was expecting a refund and didn’t do anything. I binned infront of them and came out. Anyone who wants to try old food specially fish and chips then please go here .. regarding the chicken I saw in the container it look old chicken meat. NOw I know why they don’t sell chicken kofte when I asked him do you do that , he said no when there was chicken cubes kofte in the containers inside the window. AvOID this nasty dirty food. I will be sending email to health and safety people and standard trading authority after this review.
Food is lovely but the service is horrendous. We call and finally get through after 10 mins of no one answering the phone to be told hi can you call back in 10 minutes we call after 10 mins and no one pick up for the rest of the night. This happened just the once this is pretty much all the time. We called Thursday night at 8pm for a full 40 mins no one picked the phone up. It's a shame as the food is just as shame they never wna take orders!!
The service, delivery and food were all below par. I don't expect a lot from a kebab, but when I ordered via just eat 4 plus extras, to be delivered, it took 4 attempts to call, one very short "it'll be there in 5 minutes", when I managed to speak to them, then cold food arrived after 2 hours. I live around 5 miles away. No refund, no customer service therefore no repeat visit. Avoid
The kebabs arrived cold and hard and hardly any salad. We asked for large kebabs and chips but received a portion for a child. Micks used to be the best kebabs ever but since changing hands we will not be using again
Best kebab house in Uxbridge. Never had dry donner, mixed donner always best - only kebab I'm happy to have sober. Only go once a year, wish I would go more. Just remember that they're only open til midnight and don't take card.
