The worst fish and chips I've ever had. Fish was cooked fresh but dry, probably old, chips are packet chips from a freezer. Friday night was empty, should of known. Sorry but not worth the £17.

I have been a customer for quite a while now and today I was very disappointed. I went in the shop and ordered a large chips and a sausage in batter. When I got home and opened the chips it was clearly a small. I rang the chip shop and they agreed to send a proper portion. Half an hour passed and I had to ring them back and had to have a heated conversation as they said the boss had decided not to send a portion. Very disgusted with the service. After arguing with them on the phone, boss changed their mind. I bought the food for dinner for my kids. Left hungry and disappointed. Will not be going back ever again!!!!!!
Having placed an order for delivery, they repeated the order back to me, which they got right and said the food will be with us in 30-40 mins. When it turned up, the had overcharged us for more food than we ordered. When I called to complain, the best they offered was to collect the food we didn't order and refund the overpayment the next time we ordered. The food was far from great, bland, soggy chips and the fish goujons had next to no fish on at all, it was pretty much batter and soggy chips. Poor food, poor service, won't be going back.
Where do I start disgusting service over an hour late. Ordered a quarter pounder burger which you would expect to be cooked fresh come with some salad in it. However, what I received was a dry hard rustlers burger. If I wanted a microwave burger I would have gone to the supermarket to buy one not wait an hour and pay double the price. When we called them they were rude, dismissive and argumentative. This is disgusting and not how you treat customers. Can quite easily say I will not be ordering from here again and will definitely not be recommending them to anyone !!!!
Ordered lamb donner wrap with chips snd drink at around 9:30pm, wrap was quite nice but the chips were bad! Like they were sitting there for ages and gone hard..ate about 10 .. was probably the time of night but still, disappointed. .. but try it yourself, maybe It was a one off the previous owners of 18 months or so ago were always on point with their food, its my first time back since..now i remember why I gave up junk food lol cause it taste like junk
Delightful food especially the kebabs and a very friendly service provided. Would totally recommend a visit! Since the shop has been taken over by new management it's amazing!
Best chippy in the area. Obviously a bit busy at peak times. Nice food though, can't complainc
This shop is terrible we waited 1 hour and a half for our food and when we rung up they told us they were two minutes away and the food still hadn’t arrived 20 mins later
What can I say great food very cheap don't charge extra for little things like chilli and garlic sauce in a pot on the side .very nice and friendly family run business nice people
